Sick Leave YTD Balance not appearing on payslip

Question

Hello,&nbsp;&nbsp;We have some employees who do not have YTD balances printing on their payslips for some reason? This only started being an issue late last year when they disappeared and have not reappeared? Print on payslip is definitely ticked for all employees but it does not appear on some &amp; the item is ticked in Setup - Preferences - Reports &amp; Forms - Include all YTD amounts and Entitlement Balances on Paycheque Stubbs (System Wide)&nbsp;&nbsp;Please advise how we can amend this issue?&nbsp;Thank youMel Jones

Could you please locate the payroll transaction that the payroll category in question was last used, and provide a screenshot of pay (with personal information hidden)?&nbsp;

Looking at the screenshot of your entitlement's settings, I can see you have the calculation basis set as "User-entered amount per pay period", do you usually enter the sick leave accrual hours manually each pay run?&nbsp;

Thank you for providing this additional information and apologies for the delayed reply.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Leave balances will only show on employees' payslips if it has been entered in a pay run during that payroll year. In your case, the payroll year may have rolled over before the respective anniversary date leave adjustment, hence -&nbsp; leave being dropped from the payslip for this payroll year.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
What you can do in this scenario is,&nbsp;process and record a dummy pay run with a value (1) next to the Sick Leave entitlement category&nbsp;only, once recorded the YTD amount should show on every payslip from the point on. After this is done you can&nbsp;delete/reverse&nbsp;that dummy pay run - so the Sick leave balance is reverted to its original balance. See example below:
