single employee card file wont open - wants to restart myob

Good Afternoon,When trying to open 1 of our employee card files, an error comes up and wants to restart AcountRight. I have attached the error log below.Kind RegardsSandie

Can I please just get you to confirm the last 4 digits of your serial number as well as the company file ID (This can be found under Help &gt;About) for the file experiencing this issue, and then I will be able to investigate further.

Thank you for providing these details. I have run a script over the file so you should now be able to open the employee card now.Please let me know how you go.
