Standard pay details not carrying over to process pay MYOB 2022.3

I have Standard Pays set up for each of our staff using various hours but a few fortnightly pay runs ago the Standard Pay details for all staff members stopped carrying over.
This has happened on more than one of my clients files. A screen shot it attached.
All clients are on 2022.3.
I have tried to *Reset to Original Amount* but this did not help, in fact this didn’t do anything, there were no changes to the standard pay when I pressed this button.

    Thanks for your message. Did you select pay fortnightly employees when you processed payroll? It seems from the screenshot the pay period is set to weekly.

     

    For me to investigate this further I would need a bit more information.

    • Are you able to send screenshots that include all the information (i.e. employee's name)?
    • Can I also get a screenshot of the Wages Information for the Base Salary?
    • And also a screenshot of your Wages tab under Payroll Details?

    Hi, I have private messaged you the screenshots.
    The first screen shot said weekly I have included a new one that says fortnightly.
    I did not change anything this is just another little quirk. When I first go into this tab it says weekly but when I leave and go back in it is reverted back to Fortnightly.
    I am happy for you to remote in and have a look.
    Also the employee I send you is only one of the many employees that this is happening to.

    Hi, I have not heard from anyone in relation to the MYOB issue I am having.  What are my next steps in getting this sorted.

    I have the same problem since latest version my standard pay is not coming accross to process payroll please help

    Hi chebella 

     

    Did you select Process all employees paid: Fortnightly when you processed payroll? That is, if the pay period is set to fortnightly. Also make sure they don't have a termination date on their card file.
