I have called support and MYOB staff have mentioned that a patch is on the way but they don't know when it will be ready.
When will this error be fixed as the EOY Finalisation reports need to be lodged with the ATO by 14th July 2022?

If you are still needing assistance with this, I would first advise processing a $0 Pay run dated 30th of June for all employees that are not balancing on STP (this includes terminated employees). This should pull through your correct payroll data and update STP accordingly.
