STP Finalisation - variance between YTD figures are STP reported wages

I processed a single pay run and filed with ATO for backpay - no errors. 

When i am now checking the YTD for wages for STP finalisation - the pay run when reported to ATO, the Gross amount has reported as NIL.  

The difference between my YTD figures and STP figures is the exact amount of my pay run. 

Any suggestions on how to get this gross amount included for STP finalisation?

    Hi smcanfic 

     

    Thanks for your post. Process a $0 pay with payment date as 30 June, wait for that report to be accepted and then recheck the YTD verification report. 

     

    If that doesn't resolve the issue the post, AccountRight reports don't match STP reports, has detailed information to help with this.
