We move from MYOB Accountright Enterprise Version 19.16.0 to MYOB Accountright online. when we do STP in the new version the YTD figure is missing all the terminated staff for the FY 2021/2022 (previous terminated in the old version). could you please advise what should we do?

If you signed up to STP in the upgraded AccountRight after mid-December 2021 then you'd be using STP phase 2. As a temporary requirement, before moving to STP 2 if you have any terminated employees you'd need to remove their termination date and reactivate the employees first. If you didn't complete this step prior to setting up STP 2, there are still steps you can take now to report the figures.
