STP payroll report cannot send to Payroll reporting center

Question

Hi there,&nbsp;&nbsp;When I processed payroll, I was notified payroll information cannt be submitted to ATO.I got this error code "singleTouchPayrollServiceError (100102)"The report is not shown in Payrolll reporting centre.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have tried to call MYOB but always kept on hold...&nbsp;can anyone please help with it? Thanks a lot.&nbsp;PS myob version is the latest one 2022.08

I cannot say I've seen this particular error before, would you be able to provide a screenshot of the error message and attach it to your reply?&nbsp;
