STP Reporting - unable to setup

I am trying to set up STP reporting but keep receiving 'Something went wrong', browser refreshed multiple times and cannot find a direct MYOB support - Is this the most direct way of getting help???

    Hi CSH1AS ,

    Thanks for your post. This can occasionally happen. To fix this, please follow these steps:

    1. Check Payroll Settings:
      • Click on the business name menu in the top right corner.
      • Select Payroll Settings.
    2. Complete Payroll Settings:
      • Ensure a default super fund is selected and click Save.
      • Update any other necessary details.
    3. Verify Employee Card Setup:
      • Go to Payroll > Employees.
      • Ensure there is at least one employee card set up.
    4. Create Employee Card (if needed):
      • If no employees are created, use the Create Employee button.
      • Complete their details as usual.

    I have checked and the above is all completed, I am still receiving 'Something went wrong' - do you have any other ideas?

    Hi CSH1AS

     

    I see you've checked all your payroll information but are still running into errors. The next thing to try is making sure the "This user will sign on with a my.MYOB account" option is checked under Setup >> User Access. If the error pops up again, try logging in directly at app.myob.com. If that doesn't do the trick, head over to myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com and look for MOCA, our virtual assistant. MOCA's there to help with immediate questions, and if it can't sort it out, it'll send you over to our live chat team.
