STP Reporting

I have just processed pays for this week and the reporting function is not working. It will not send the declaration to ATO. I have been using STP for a long time and the file has been checked today and eveything is order. When I click on Payroll Reporting Centre to try and send the verification report, MYOB is trying to make me set up STP again. You guys really need to sort this out as we are paying a premium for the software for it not to work! Please advise if / when you have sorted this out as I have found to many problems with MYOB in the past few weeks. It is very frustrating!
