Super - Jan, Feb and coming into March
I am STILL UNABLE to process Jan & Feb Super. I have followed all suggestions and reversed and retried 3 times. Status continues to say processing.
I am struggling to get anyone from MYOB (specialist with authority) to speak to me, they continue to send me emails with Links which are not helpful.
I have followed all the instructions and the funds have not come from our bank, after originally being returned Feb 21.
I have de-selected all Aust Super employees as the last specialist told me this was the issue. However this too has not worked and the payment has not come form our bank after being processed 22.3.22.
Australian Super tell me the info MYOB told me was incorrect and "the Westscheme Division of Aust Super" is a closed fund and has been for many years. BTW - none of our employees were linked to the westscheme.
Please help me, as we have over 180 employees in each month to process, ans I am at a loss as to why it will not work!
We are also approaching the end of March, where I will need to process more payments.

Great to hear that's all working now!
In most cases it is up to the employee to provide this information, as it relates to their own fund. However, I do understand there are cut-off dates for employers super payments, etc, so I'm currently seeing if it is possible to provide and advise this information as I do know how much of a time-saver this would be.
