Super payment status

Hi,

 

I have a few payments that have not had the status updated for more than 5 days.

I can reverse and reprocess but wanted to check that, if I do that, the original payments will then not go through and we end up paying twice?

I called the payroll team but they don't seem to be able to help much and recommended i wait until 10days.

Surely someone can see if there is an issue?

People are expecting their super to be into their accounts prior to 30/6 and I'm worried that if I reprocess it may still not work.

    Can you please send me your product serial number and date, and amount of deposit by Private Message, so we can check the status on our end and advise accordingly.
