Super payment status
Hi,
I have a few payments that have not had the status updated for more than 5 days.
I can reverse and reprocess but wanted to check that, if I do that, the original payments will then not go through and we end up paying twice?
I called the payroll team but they don't seem to be able to help much and recommended i wait until 10days.
Surely someone can see if there is an issue?
People are expecting their super to be into their accounts prior to 30/6 and I'm worried that if I reprocess it may still not work.
