Super payment

Hi Myob Team,

 

We have had issues with prompt super payments since December.

 

Currently, employees are still waiting on March super to hit their fund.

 

We have raised a ticket 2 weeks ago and haven't received any help on this.

 

Is anyone else experiencing similar delay in super payment and late response ?

 

Can the Myob team please help.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address
    • File ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
    • Date of the super payment 
    • Screenshot of the manage payments window of the super payment 
    • Super payment amount
