Super payments in new browser version not calculating accuratelyn

In case you were still needing assistance with this, could you please confirm if you're running into this issue when you're processing your pay runs or when you're making the super payments through Pay Super?

Through Pay Super, the pay runs are calculating the super correctly. If I run a report the supers are correctly calculated however if I try to do the payments through Pay Super it only calculates two employees.

So I've just been paying it through the Small Superannuation with ATO based on the totals on the reports.

Thanks for confirming that. 

This is usually due to the superfund not being ticked as 'Pay using Pay Super', see below:

Could you please check that each of your employee's super funds has this option ticked? If they are ticked and the issue is persisting, please let me know so we can investigate further.

It's not allowing me to tick the box?? I'm behind with my payments so really need to get this sorted.

Could you please attach a screenshot of the screen where it does not allow you to tick that box in the super fund?

I have also experienced problems with the Myob team. Just recently the hours the staff are entering into the app does not transfer onto the timesheets/payroll. Even though they have been approved i now have to enter them again manually in the timesheet. This is only recently the last 3 weeks. Is there something that's changed?? I'm thinking of going back to Accountrights software because this browser version is doing my head in.

If it's the first time you're trying to pay super through our portal, please send me your serial number and login email address by Private Message so I can check if there are any access related issues.

In regards to your MYOB Teams issue, is the approved timesheet not appearing at all in the software? or is it only pulling through partial hours? 

Not appearing at all.

Also I've just tried sending you a private message and I can't even do that. It just comes up with private messages and nowhere to message. 

Yes its the first time I've tried doing it from the Pay Super portal, previously I've just paid it according to the report or I've signed into the software to pay.
