Super payments not going through to fund through Myob

I have just received an email from Hesta stating that Super payments have not  been going though for 15 months for one of the employees.  I have been waiting for hours on the phone to speak to someone at MYOB only to be hung up on.  Live chat is not going through. Are there any other options to be able to receiv help from MYOB?
