Super payments_ Verification Code not working

I just sat on hold for over 2 hours trying to get the Super verification code fixed after the below message comes up when trying to verify the code:

"Sorry, we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later."

I was told that it would be reset and try again in 10 minutes and the operator would call me back to check if it has worked.

Still not working and no returned call.

Can you please assist with this as I will not be calling your help line again.

The last four digital of my serial number is 1422

Company File ID: 19
