Super payments via AccountRight Plus
I processed super payments for 2 employees in the SAME transaction.
They have different Superannuation Funds so I think that I should have really processed them separately.
When I check the payment under the appropriate processed Super Payment number it clearly shows that both employees have different funds.
I processed this payment on 1st May and it has come out of our bank account (showing in Bank Feeds in Myob) but still showing today 4th May as Still Processing in the 'Super Payments' in 'Payroll' tab in Myob
Is this normal for the STATUS to take so long to change to COMPLETED?
