Super portal Registration error
Hi, I am trying to step through the super portal registration and keep getting a 'sorry something went wrong error' - please check the logs.
Could you please advise on how to fix.

Thanks for reaching out.
You need to be the primary contact for the account and File owner to sign up for this service.
If you are in both of these roles and getting this error, please send me a private message with the following details so I can look into this for you:
- Serial number
- Business file name
- Your name + email
