Super Sign Up - Whoops, something went wrong

Trying to sign a client up for Pay super and we keep getting this error.  Client has also tried but gets the same message.  Never had it happen before any ideas why?

    Can you please send me your client's serial number and email address using which you've tried signing up for pay super by Private Message so I can investigate further.

    Trying to private message but all I get is this? Which doesn't allow me to do anything or is it just me!
