Thank you for your post. Generally, if the status of the payment is still "processing payments", it will still be processing through the clearinghouse and has not yet been released to the respective super funds. We do advise allowing 5 working days for the payment to be processed. However, delays can occur (such as payments being rejected due to data errors), so we recommend allowing up to 10 business days for your payment to process.
In your case, since the payments were deducted from your bank account and still show "processing" as a status under the Manage Payment window, can I please confirm if you've already contacted the fund regarding this matter? If it is confirmed from the funds that they have received the payments, then you don't need to do anything.
