SUPERANNUATION ERRORS
Hi,
We need assistance with submitting our super online. We keep getting a notification that our payment limit’s been reached, although we haven’t put any super payments through. Our December quarter super got rejected due to invalid details on an employee’s account. We were NOT notified from MYOB that the payment had been rejected, we only found out once the funds had been returned to our account. We contacted MYOB 4 weeks ago and the customer service line confirmed this would be sorted in a few days. We have been for the past two weeks, trying to put this super back through and keep receiving the same error message. I have been on hold with Myob for countless hours over the last few days and am completely frustrated. Finally got through to be told that we need to complete a bank increase form. This was submitted last week and I am still waiting to hear back and still not able to put through any payments. We need to get this sorted, has anyone had any luck with this?
Due to SGC penalty implications, we need this rectified ASAP. I cannot sit on the phone waiting for countless hours to talk to someone at Myob, I need to get this resolved. We have employees waiting for their funds to hit their accounts and calling the office daily to find out where the payments are. HELP!!!!
