Superannuation "Funds Requested"

We use MYOB superannuation clearing house.  

 

The last payment I processed and authorised 09.07.19 is sitting as "funds requested" instead of "completed" in the managed payments screen.

 

The payment has been processed through the bank and is sitting in the bank feeds screen.

 

Why is the superannuation payment not completed and not able to be reconciled to the bank feed.

    I sincerely apologise for your experience. There was a delay in super funds processing, this issue has been resolved. Super funds have been processed by the bank overnight. Could you check the status and see it has changed?

    Thank you for bringing your enquiry to the MYOB Forums.  I'm sorry you have been having some difficulty with status of your payments.  I'd be happy to suggest some things you could try.

     

    One thing you could do to attempt to force the page to request a new status update from the servers is to go to Payroll > Manage Payments and then click the refresh icon on the top right.

    I too are having issues with Superannuation processing.   In manage payments it says "Funds Requested" and has been like this for since the 5.8.19.  I have been on the phone to your support number for over 45 mins to get help. 

     

    Could you please advise, as I have never had this issue in the past. 

     

    Your support helpline both online and the phone is totally useless.  Not happy at all.
