Superannuation still processing payments
Hi MYOB,
I have tried calling MYOB two times and was left on hold for 2 hrs total.
Super payments for January and February has not been processed by MYOB and not debited to our bank account as well.
In Manage Super Payments it is showing as "Processing Payments" and I already had reminders from Super funds asking for their money and staff asking why we have not made super payments to their funds.
Can you please urgently let me know how to proceed from here.
