Thanks for your post. We are aware of an issue with the payment status not updating in the Manage payments window, our developers are working to resolve this. I've checked the serial number ending in #9442 and the status for the payment on 25/4/2022 is Completed, so it does indicate you have the display issue. If the super payment has been withdrawn from your bank account and paid to employee super funds you can ignore that status.
