Superannuation
After wasting over two hours of my life on the phone to get a simple matter of getting the right permissions to pay superannuation for employees, MYOB has not been able to fix our account that we spend a ridiculous amount of money to use. I was then promised a call back after 15 mins. I asked for a case number adn was told one is not created for it yet as it does not create until after it has been resolved. Clearly that was BS. After waiting 45 mins for no call back, I tried calling back and they wanted to transfer me into a queue that has 20 min wait time (More like 45 mins as their estimates have never been right yet!). I am up for renewal of licence so I can't see myself wanting to spend the money staying with this ridiculous product.
Does anyone know where I can place an official complaint? I highly doubt the process is simple. Probably have to call them and spend an hour on hold to get through.
