Superannution not deducted from bank account
We initiated a superannuation payment for our staff on 4/3/22 as we previously without incident - however on this occasion the money was not deducted from our account despite MYOB reporting that it was completed
I can see that the Super process has been completed, however when I look at the transaction in the bank feed screen, the payment is missing an ID No.
We reverse the transaction in MYOB and tried again last week - still no good
my staff have spent in excess of 8 hours on hold to our phone support only to be cut off at the last minute!
How can I fix this?
