Superannution not deducted from bank account

We initiated a superannuation payment for our staff on 4/3/22 as we previously without incident - however on this occasion the money was not deducted from our account despite MYOB reporting that it was completed

 

I can see that the Super process has been completed, however when I look at the transaction in the bank feed screen, the payment is missing an ID No.

 

We reverse the transaction in MYOB and tried again last week - still no good

 

my staff have spent in excess of 8 hours on hold to our phone support only to be cut off at the last minute!

 

 

 

How can I fix this?

    Thanks for your post. I'm happy to look into this for you, as the status has been updated to complete was the money deducted out of your account ?

    i don't know anything about status but this is still an outstanding issue.

     

    we have support ticket - I spoke to support yesterday still waiting to hear from programmer (our issue was escalated)

    I'm happy to look into this, can you please send me a private message with your product serial number and confirmation of the date and super payment amount that is sitting as processing payment.
