Timesheets

I am using Timesheets but some of our employees hours do not transfer accross to respective jobs.  When I go back and look at the timesheets after payroll is completed some hours are greyed out and some hours are black

  • Hi NWBel

Thanks for your post. Activity and Jobs are not supported when timesheets are submitted from a mobile app. Our developers are currently working on a fix.

I have marked you as one of our affected customers.

    Hi NWBel

Thanks for your post. Are the dates in the timesheet the same as your payrun dates? If your payrun starts on a Wednesday it could be the reason why the hours haven't pulled through. You can change this via:

    1. Go to the Setup menu and choose Preferences. The Preferences window appears.
    2. In the System tab, select the I Use Timesheets for [...] and My Week Starts on [...] preference.

Let me know how you get on with this.
