Can you send me a Private Message with the following details:
- Last 4 digits of your Serial Number and Account Name
- Name of the Primary Contact listed on the account
- Product and Build (this can be found under Help > About MYOB Accountright)

Thanks for providing that additional information. To make an entry in a locked period you can unlock that date in the Security Preferences.
To do this:
- Go to the Setup menu and choose Preferences.
- Click the Security tab.
- Deselect "Lock Periods: Disallow Entries Prior to" option, and remove the date.
- Click OK.

Please turn off the lock date and then try to finalize again.
