Unable to Authorise Super Payment

Hi, I'm trying to authorise my super payment.  I get as far as receiving the code, but the "authorisation code" area is greyed out, meaning i'm unable to key my authorisation number in.  How can I get that in to pay super?

    Thanks for your post. We are aware that some users are experiencing time out and Something went wrong errors when processing super payments. Our developers are investigating and we do apologise for the inconvenience.

    Thanks Tracey, some other posts came out after mine so I figured there was an issue.
