Unable to connect after accepting Super clearing house changes

When trying to access "Pay Superannuation" function, the "unable to connect" error message appears.

The Super Clearing house changes have been accepted by the file adminsitrator.

All other functions appear to be ok.

This error occurs on different networks by different users of the same company data file.

 

Please assist.

    We had some super related issues over the past few days but they have been since resolved. Can you please confirm if you're still getting this error message?
