Unable to lodge STP report on Accountright

HI  I am again having a problem with a current Accountright file not letting me lodge stp report for todays payroll.  It is upgraded to the latest version and subscription is paid and I have been lodging STP reports each week with no troble up to now.  Have had similar problems with other files under our serial number.  Can you please fix this and also whatever is wrong with the serial number.

    Hi Carissa_B, 

     

    Thanks for your post, are you able to clarify what happens when you attempt to lodge the STP reporting do you get any error messages ? If possible, can you please attach a screenshot of what happens so we can take a look into this.

    Error message attached.  The STP report is now very late.  Can I please send you a private message with teh specific file details so you can fix it?

    Hi Carissa_B, 

     

    Please send me a private message with your product serial number, the file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight) and full name and email address so I can fix this error message you're receiving.
