Unable to print payroll advice
I am unable to print Payroll advice for any periods at all - get the message "there is no information to display" I have tried different dates , invdividual staff members but nothing.

Thank you for your post.
If you have restarted your software and still cannot print this report, the message "There's no information to display" can be caused by a $0 pay using entitlement and/or expense categories. To resolve this go to Payroll Categories, open that entitlement/expense category and tick Print on Pay Advice.
