Unused annual leave loading is calculating the same figure as unused annual leave. Why is this happening?

Hi, I am comlpeting a final pay for my staff. The unused annual leave loading amount in dollars is the same as the unused annual leave amount.  It should be 17.5% of the annual leave loading.  None of the setting appear wrong and I paid someone recently with a final pay and had no problems.  Please help?
