URGENT - Unable to process payroll in MYOB 4.7.23

Hello we just processed a pay in MYOB but it isnt showing anywhere and it had a Zero $ in the payment screen where it normally asks you to upload a electronic payment file.

 

We use Account Right MYOB and nothing is in the STP report either.  I dont want to pay it again in the system in case it is hidden somewhere in the back ground.

 

Please assist as soon as possible.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    If you recently upgraded your file to 2023.5, the default Pay cycle would be Bonus/Commission and it will lead the Process Payment screen to $0 amount. Please check the Pay cycle selected to make sure it is the right one. If you can confirm that everything is correct from the pay run that you are processing, please provide a screenshot of the Pay Period screen, Employee Pay (just to make sure that there is an amount in Net Pay column) and Process Payments (where we can see that there is no amount in your selected payment method). Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
