Wage Category no YTD category.

On Review of our EOY to ensure our reporting for STP is matching MYOB reports for ATO reporting, I have discovered a wage category for xxxx xxxx not showing a YTD figure which is the exact amount the end of year report is out. I have attached the payroll advice for this particular case.

I have tried reprocessing the missing component, but it still does not come up. Processing was for the same period and then again in May, but it still does not pick it up.

How to rectify this error in MYOB before EOY.

    So that I can look into your issue can you please send me the following screenshots in a private message:

     

    • Payroll activity detail report for that employee and YTD
    • Payroll register detail report for that employee and YTD
    • employee card>>Payroll details tab>>Pay history>>Year-To-Date
    • Summary of payments report for that employee (Payroll reporting centre>>EOFY finalisation tab>>click on the ellipsis for that employee>>Download report)
