YTD is not showing for Dircectors payroll category

Question

i have looked at the payroll EOFY verification report and can see that the directors are showing NIL in YTD but with their tax showing, when i go to the summary report printout it shows their gross and tax. i have recently moved to STP2 as of the new Financial Year, do i need to change something in the payroll category for it to sync? Do i need to do a 0 transacation for them for it to show in on the report as the one sent to the ATO is correct in the payments made.

Thanks for your post. Can you please run the Payroll register and Payroll activity report in your file, do these two reports match for the director ?

Yes both payroll activity and payroll register match for all three Directors, just the EOFY for 2022/2023 shows it as zero. Do i run a 0 pay for the three directors so it shows or wait until the next pay run tomorwo and see it this rectifies itself?

If the reports do match, this generally indicates that the issue is being caused by&nbsp;ATO reporting categories&nbsp;that have not been assigned correctly or by payroll categories that have exempted from PAYG Withholding in error. Follow these steps to find and fix the issues:

Run the Payroll Activity Detail report to narrow down which payroll categories are causing the problem.
Check that the correct ATO reporting category has been assigned. Change the ATO reporting category as required.
Check if the payroll category has been ticked exempt from PAYG in error (Payroll Categories&gt;&gt;open the category&gt;&gt;click on the Exempt button). Untick PAYG Withholding and click Ok.
Once you have made the necessary changes to the payroll category,&nbsp;send an update event&nbsp;dated 30/6/22 to update STP.

hi Melisai looked at the Payg and that was correct and the payroll category of Directors Fees looked correct. i didnt have any issues prior to moving to STP2 as i was using STP 1 last year with Directos Fees as the category and it reconciled correctly. i assume its something to do with the moving to STP 2 of using the payroll category Directors Fees and maybe there is something i am not seeing. i have atatched a screen shot of the payroll category&nbsp;

Thanks for the screenshots, I'd suggest doing a $0.00 pay dated 30/6/22 if its for payroll year 21/22 and check to see if that updates the figures. If it doesn't pelase let me know.&nbsp;
