Problems with BAS online and also trying web browser

I have had problems since last year with lodging BAS online as I continually get the circle thing.

 

I have tried to use the web brower but I get the following in the file attached.

 

I have tried to get an answer since last year from MYOB and still never got one that works.

 

Would really like to get this resolved.

    I am sorry to hear you are having problems loding your BAS online. Could you confirm whether you are on the latest software (AccountRight 2022.5.1)?

     

    Could you please have a look at the console for me? Please open app.myob.com in Google Chrome. To open the console, select the Chrome menu (3 vertical dots) and choose More Tools >> Developer Tools

     

     

    Choose the Console tab to view the logs being produced.

     

     

    Right click and choose Clear Console

     

    Try to lodge tha BAS. Any errors within the logs will be recorded in red error text.

     

     

    Save the error log by right clicking on the Console tab and choose Save As, to save the entire log to a .txt file. Please share the error text and the error text file on the forum so I can investigate this further.

    Thanks for this. Unfortunately, that error log doesn't show specific errors. Could you confirm if you are able to open AccountRight in the browser at all? Does this error appear when you are being asked to "Link User ID to file" before you are able to access app.myob.com?

     

    Could you please send me a private message with the serial number and email address you are trying to log in with?
