unable to print receipts for payment

Can i please have some help with our system? I am unable to print receipts for payment i have just put through. 

 

Last four digits of our serial number is 5012 and company file ID is 1.

    We have run some scripts on our end to fix this issue. Can you please log out of the file, log back in and check if you're now able to print the receipts.

    Hi,

    I am unable to print receipts for some sales payments.

    Also, I am still unable to print cheques from pay liabilities at the end of the month.

    Can you please assist?

    We can run the scripts to fix the receipt printing issue, please send me your serial number and company file name by Private Message, and I'll arrange that.


    Regarding your query of not being able to print cheques from the Pay Liabilities window, this is something that our teams are aware of and working on finding a permanent fix. In the meanwhile, enter the transaction as a purchase, make a payment, then print the cheque.

    I'm also having the same issue.  I can't print receipts.  How do I pm you.
