Changing MYOB Folder

Question

I have a new laptop and I am trying to change my MYOB folder location for AccountRight Plus. When I use MYOB Set Location, I get an error “Library can not be a Network Drive”. I am not seeking to set my MYOB location to a network drive.

The same location was used for my previous laptop with no issue. I am continuing to use that laptop in the meantime, but it is not ideal.

If the folder worked perfectly on your old laptop, there's something odd happening with the setup on your new one. The best thing to do is reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They can take a closer look and figures out why the error's appearing.
