Hi sonia_d,
Looks like the data on your new computer isn’t syncing properly with the online version. Here’s what you can try to resolve this:
- Ensure that both you and your husband have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, data syncing issues can occur due to connectivity problems
- Try logging out and logging back in to see if the missing data appears
- Verify that you’re accessing the correct company file and that you have the right permissions
- Clear your AccountRight cache.
