Log In Not Working

AccountRight encountered an error when processing Purchase Invoice payments yesterday and it shut down. I have attempted to restart and relog in but the log in I use is now not recognised. How can ...

Thank you for the information. Is it working on the browser? Can you go to app.myob.com and let me know if it's working there or not.

It is working in the browser but how do i fix it on the computer

    Thank you for the screenshot. Are you the only one who is affected by this? Can we try other user to sign in and see if they are having the same issue? I'll be sending you a private message as well to get some information and to assist you further.
