My offline version forcing to log on Online when proccessing payroll
Hello, the last few times of processing my payroll (i have version 2026.4.1.12) when i go to hit record it is forcing me to log online. Why is this happening?

If your file has ever been registered for STP with MYOB, this is normal as all STP was handled by MYOB's Payroll Reporting Centre. If you are offline and not using MYOB for STP reporting, you should be able to simply cancel the sign in prompt and continue with Payroll.
The only way to prevent the sign on prompt is to have a setting changed within the file via the back end - not something a user can do. Get in touch if you want me to give you contact details for someone who can update the setting and allow you to process payroll without signing in.
