    For a meaningful reply, can you please explain exactly what you mean by 

    'I currently have a MYOB AccountRight Live Premier Perpetual Licence – 2099.9 subscription which I am considering cancelling.'

     

    I am not familiar with '2099.9 subscription'. If you mean you have a perpetual licence with a subscription on top of that, then yes cancelling your subscription will not affect your entitlements under the perpetual licence. You will still be able to access and use the software with a local file.

If you mean you have a perpetual licence with a subscription on top of that, then yes cancelling your subscription will not affect your entitlements under the perpetual licence. You will still be able to access and use the software with a local file.
