MYOB Login Issues

Can I ask what on earth is going on with the Login?

 

it seems that an email address and Password as normal, occasionally (more often than not) a SMS is sent with a code.  

Then in the past week or so, there are various pages that are generated including a page with You are not signed in yet....... (See screen shot image ), this goes round and round in circles, regenerating and eventually you are logged in as normal if you are lucky.

 

The Help page is completely useless.

 

Very frustrating..  Can we go back to a simple login without this rubbish (please)

    Appreciate you providing the screenshot. That’s definitely a tricky one, especially when the sign-in steps keep looping instead of just letting you in.
