MYOB SSO Login Issues - Accountright SE
We've been unable to login to MYOB Accountright SE desktop since this morning.
After clicking login on desktop app - redirected to browser to login - click yes to open desktop app - nothing happens, the desktop app doesn't open.
We've tried the following but nothing worked:
- Clearing browser cache
- Using different browser (Edge/Chrome)
- Reinstalling MYOB Accountright SE
- Clearing the MYOB cache itself under %localappdata%
Our installed version is the latest 2026.400.10013 (or 2026.4.1.13) which should be the most recent one.
Please advise.

Please try the following:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\myob-arl to myob-arl.old
Problem was that MYOB version number wasn't updating in this particular key in HKCU.
Don't change the one in HKLM or HKCR.
This will work for AccountRight SE, have used it across multiple customers today with success.
