That’s a good question.
If you move an offline file online, whether you’ll need to pay for an additional subscription depends on how many online company files your current subscription already includes. MYOB’s help says an AccountRight Premier subscription includes 2 online company files, and an AccountRight Plus subscription includes 1 online company file. If you need more than what’s included, you’d need to buy an additional online company file or replace one that’s already online.
