Over 3hrs on your Help Line

I feel for you as I am having similar issue. Call no answer and put on hold for hours with up to 19hr estimated wait time. Really!!! use the bot and no help at all. Logged support requests and no response. 

End of year and pay runs and can't even utilize. I have no answers sorry. 

I rang the assist line today and got put through to nova auto glass...what the heck??? I also lodged a support request on the 19th and had zero response. I spent over an hour on hold the other day and got disconnected. The chatbot is useless and doesnt help - it literally ended my chat abrubtly and buggered off for a tea break. I have no idea what to do now :(

Same same here! sounds like we are all in a similar situation.  I cannot get any response on any platform being chat, email and phone. It's like Myob has fallen off the face of the earth. Where are you Myob please we would like your customer service to respond. Thank you. 

Yep same with me, was on hold today for 2 hours 13 min and then just got disconnected, this has been going on since I lodged a case on behalf of my client, back in May, received the initial email confirming case number etc, nothing since, cannot get anyone on the phone to help, their subscription was taken out, and since then MYOB are taking it from the bank account, but we cannot use the file.  I actually do not know what to do anymore, when NO ONE takes your call, or replies to emails.

I think that they have chosen the end of financial year to terminate all their support arrrangements. Look how many days it is since any of the on line moderators replied to a post. They have all gone AWOL. The Philipines support centre is overloaded and the training for staff non existent. I first lodged a request on teh 1st of June and am still waiting to have the issue fixed: I can't migrate my company file on line because there is already an old file there. I can't overwrite/delete it. Now I am running into the next issue of not bbeing able to use MYOB for STP because I am not on line. I have never seen a support environment this poor

Yes very frustrating, MYOB help team has definitely gone MIA. I was dealing with this again today for 4 hours of my time. Still no resolution.

This was the effort today, 4.05 with no answer, I have a case no lodged in may, 2026, which is has not been resolved, cannot apply for pay superannuation because it is not resolved.  Please can some help?

Sorry for the runaround here. We’re also receiving a high volume of requests at the moment, so replies may take a little time. I wasn’t able to find a support case lodged in May on my side. What I could find was a support request lodged on 17 June 2026, and that one is showing as already resolved. If the issue still isn’t actually sorted and it’s stopping you from signing up for Pay Super, please reply directly to that June support request so the team can reopen it and take another look for you.

Hi, wasn't for me, one of my clients, Case No. 03091258 Change of Details, 19th May, 17th June, 26th June,

 numerous hours waiting on phone, outstanding monies to MYOB, cannot check Bank Details for direct debit because staff member who was sacked is still contact, if fact when I rang regarding outstanding debt they would not talk to me because she was still the contact.  NOT HAPPY, service is terrible, surely it doesn't take this long to change details.  In fact one of my data files was changed to another owner without my consent in 1 phone call.
