Hi, wasn't for me, one of my clients, Case No. 03091258 Change of Details, 19th May, 17th June, 26th June,
numerous hours waiting on phone, outstanding monies to MYOB, cannot check Bank Details for direct debit because staff member who was sacked is still contact, if fact when I rang regarding outstanding debt they would not talk to me because she was still the contact. NOT HAPPY, service is terrible, surely it doesn't take this long to change details. In fact one of my data files was changed to another owner without my consent in 1 phone call.
