Price increase to MYOB Account Right Live Plus Recurring Subscription

Was anyone notified that the monthly subscription fee has increased?  The same thing happened to me last year...

    Hi StocksLawyers,

     

    MYOB provides 30 days notice in writing to all customers for any price change that might occur. If you haven't received this, it might be to do with the contact information associated with your account and this would need to be something you can discuss with our support team. I recommend that you create a case to support via myaccount.myob.com to help get this resolved.

    We regularly review our pricing to ensure we can continue improving our products, keeping up with compliance changes, and adding new features. These adjustments help us provide the best experience for our customers. We notify customers in January via email and SMS to ensure you're all aware of any changes.

    No notice here. In fact, I'd received an email on 24/02/2025 saying the invoice format would change but there'd be NO effect on the total billing value... imagine my surprise to find an increase of $18 from one month to the next?! Sent emails to MYOB support on 05/03 & 17/03 with absolutely zero response. And now I've got a second bill with the higher amount. Nice work MYOB. Great customer service (sarc). I'll have to set aside some time to wait on hold and then, no doubt, deal with someone overseas to probably get some bs explanation.

    Also nearing $200/month is a real concern for little increased functionality.

    Edit: $160/month back on 1/1/2023 and now $195
