TAB key - Time Billing

For gods sake MYOB you guys are absolute muppets....19 days and counting! Just sort this out. This is costing me time and money!

Good morning Earl_HD I was glad to see an update when I logged in today.  But alas, the date column tab is still not working. Yet one more week of timewasting with MYOB!

The next AccountRight update will happen sometime next month. Although I don’t have an exact date on when this will happen, I can assure you that our team is working as fast as they can.

There’s no need for you to contact our support team or connect through MOCA as we've already flagged this issue to the relevant team, and I've tagged your account as impacted of this issue. yea, and not everyone does time billing, so myob wouldn't know that it's everyone

Most likely everyone who does Time Billing in Accountright at the very least.

I've logged a priority support case in my account.  I'm not sitting on the phone for hours either.  Lets see how long it takes.  I wonder how many "some users" is

well MOCA is useless  and I don't have time to sit and wait either. Why can't they just fix it and get on with it.  |Pay a fortune for sub standard service.

I got the same thing. Unfortunately I don't have hours to wait on hold for this to be done. Surely MYOB will include the fix in their next wonderful update.
