User login error

Hi team, 

One of our users is encountering the following error. He said it happens regularly, at least once a month but now a bit more frequently when verification is needed. Can you please suggest how to resolve this? It's still same for him and he can't access.

    Hi Nhossain​,

     

    Thanks for sending through the error screenshot. Seeing that pop up every time your user logs in would definitely get in the way. No worries, I'm here to help. 

     

    Confirmation is normally only requested once a month to make sure you’re using a licensed version. I’m not 100% sure if this is specifically related to verification and why your user keeps getting the confirmation page, but our team can definitely dig into it further for you. Before you contact them, you can check this help article about confirmation errors. Scroll down to “Unable to connect to the online confirmation service”, it has detailed steps to help resolve the error.
